General Information On Alkeran

Alkeran is indicated in the treatment of ovarian cancer and multiple myeloma (a cancer of the plasma cells). Alkeran is available in the form of oral tablets. Each oral tablet contains Melphalan (active ingredient) and the following inactive ingredients: macrogol/PEG 400, colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, crospovidone, titanium dioxide, magnesium stearate, and microcrystalline cellulose. The drug is available in Alkeran 2 mg strength.
