Avandaryl is a combination of two diabetes drugs that are used to keep blood sugar levels in control in patients suffering from Type 2 diabetes. The drug works by helping your body use naturally produced insulin more effectively and by enabling the pancreas to produce more insulin. Avandaryl is available in a tablet form and is to be taken orally. The medication is effective in controlling blood sugar levels, but it is important for you to first consult your doctor before you go ahead and buy Avandaryl.

Side Effects for Avandaryl

Some people may experience certain side effects after using Avandaryl such as sudden weight gain, rapid heartbeat, dark urine, clay colored or black stools, loss of appetite, pale skin, problems with breathing, heaviness in the chest or chest pain, nausea, profuse sweating, impaired vision, and jaundice. These side effects occur only in rare cases, but if any of these persist or even arise in your case, you must immediately inform your doctor about the same since you may require prompt medical attention. Precautions

Avoid drinking alcohol while on Avandaryl treatment since this combination would make your blood sugar levels plummet and even prove fatal. Avandaryl can cause sunburn, so avoid using tanning beds or being exposed to sunlight for a long time. Wear protective gear and sunscreen while going outdoors.

Avandaryl Dosage

Avandaryl dosage is determined by doctors based on several factors such as the type of other medications a patient is using, his/her current medical condition, past medical records, and how well the patient’s body responds to the drug. Usually, the initial Avandaryl dosage recommended by doctors for adults is 4 mg/ 1 mg once every day. The dose is to be taken with the first meal of the day. If your doctor feels that you need stronger dosage, then he/she may slowly increase your dosage up to a maximum dosage of 8 mg/4 mg once every day. Interactions

Inform your doctor if you use other prescription drugs, herbal medicines, vitamin or calcium supplements, and over the counter drugs.
