General Information On Azactam
Azactam should be used to treat and prevent infections that have either been established or are strongly suspected to be of bacterial origin. It is indicated to be used to treat infections caused by gram-negative bacteria. The potential ailments that can be treated include urinary tract infections, skin infections, infections of the lower respiratory tract, intra-abdominal infections, blood poisoning and gynecological infections. The gram negative bacteria are categorized by the presence of an outer membrane that provides them greater resistance to a lot of antibiotics. This medication prevents the synthesis of these bacterial cell walls and helps reduce their development and proliferation.
Side Effects / Precautions For Azactam
Azactam drug contains the active ingredient aztreonam, which belongs to the class of compounds known as monobactam. You should not buy Azactam to treat viral infections.
