General Information On Combivir
Combivir is a combination of zidovudine and lamivudine. This antiviral medication is used in combination with other drugs to inhibit the reproduction of the HIV virus. Precautions

You should swallow the whole tablet and should not crush or chew it. As Combivir can affect the liver, doctors may advise you to undergo blood tests and liver tests to detect any abnormalities. Interactions
Combivir may not work effectively if you use it with some other herbal medication or over the counter products.
