General Information On Gonal F
Gonal F is used with another hormone (hCG) for the treatment of certain fertility problems in both women and men. In females, this drug helps the ovaries produce eggs. Women whose ovaries are no longer able to produce eggs should not use this drug. In males, Follitropin Alfa (generic name of this drug) is used in combination with hCG to stimulate sperm production. This medication is not recommended for men who have primary testicular failure.
