The Humulin N Insulin Cartridge is used for the treatment of diabetes. The generic name of Humulin N is Insulin Isophane. Usually, this medication is used as a part of a complete diabetes treatment plan which includes weight management, diet, exercise, and regular blood sugar checkups.

Humulin N Insulin Cartridge Side Effects

The most common side effect of this medication is low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). The symptoms of hypoglycemia are: hunger, nausea, headache, dizziness, weakness, blurred vision, sweating, confusion, trouble concentrating, abnormally high heart rate, or drowsiness. Consume a glucose tablet or a non-diabetic hard candy if you experience the symptoms of hypoglycemia.

It is possible that this medication may trigger an allergic reaction. You must seek immediate medical help if you notice any of the following symptoms: breathing problems, wheezing, skin rashes, itching or swelling, sweating, or abnormally high heart rate.
