This medicine is used as a short-term treatment for moderate to severe cases of Melasma. Melasma is a condition related to the darkening of the face. This treatment is used in conjunction with other measures such as sunscreens. The Tri Luma drug may be used for other purposes too. It is not known how this medicine works to treat melasma. You should consult your doctor if you suffer from eczema or from sunburn. You should also consult your doctor before starting this medicine if you have an abnormally high number of white blood cells in your body. Asthma patients should take their health care providers’ advice about the suitability of this drug.
