General Information on Relafen

Relafen is prescribed to treat swelling, inflammation, stiffness and other painful conditions from arthritis. The generic name of the drug is Nabumetone. The drug is available in the form of a tablet. The medication belongs to group of drugs known as NSAIDs (nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs). The drug works by blocking specific hormones such as prostaglandins which cause pain and inflammation in the body. The drug may also cause side effects if used for unintended purposes. Therefore a consultation with your doctor is necessary before you buy Relafen to get relief from pain.

Side Effects for Relafen

All medicines have side effects. Medicines react differently in different people. Therefore, some people may experience side effects after using Relafen while some may not experience any side effects at all.
