Administer one or two drops in the conjunctiva of the affected eye every six hours starting with not less than 24 hours after the operation has taken place and continue doing so up to 2 weeks after the surgery. For patients suffering from anterior uveitis, the dosage would be one or two drops of the Vexol suspension applied into the conjunctiva of the eye for every hour during waking hours for the very first week. For the next week follow it up with one drop applied in every two hours.
