Please keep in mind that the total delivery time is on average 7-10 business days. We strongly recommend that you place your refill orders at least 3 weeks prior to running out of your medication. Doing so will ensure that you receive your order on time.

Pharmacy Rx World also offers a free refill reminder program. You will receive a phone call from our refill customer service team when it is time for you to order for your refill, and you will be able to place your refill order over the phone at that time. Our refill program is extremely convenient as you do not have to worry about calling us to place your refill order every time.

Our contracted pharmacies will only be able to fill your refill if you have adequate repeats on your prescription. Please note that if you do not have enough repeats for your refill order, we will be happy to call your doctor to request repeats or a new prescription. If you would like us to call your doctor, please let customer service representatives know and they will ask you for your doctor's name and phone number so they can arrange for the prescription request on your behalf.
