Shipping Details

Shipping is free! There are no hidden costs. All listed prices include all fees associated with the overall fulfillment of your order.

All packages shipped from Canada are sent via Canada Post (Xpresspost).

New orders completed for the first time require up to 3 business days for processing.

Refill orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Customers can expect to receive their medications within 14-21 business days (provided that there are no unforeseen delays at Customs and/or a shortage of the requested medication) after their orders have be shipped.

International shipping (outside of North America) is $50.00 US per package.

Cancellation and Refund

Council of the College of Pharmacists of Manitoba bylaw Section 31(1) states:

No (pharmacist) may accept for return to stock or reuse any drugs previously dispensed.

Under pharmaceutical law, prescription drugs are not returnable. All sales are final.

Our goal is to get your order processed, shipped and in your hands within 20 business days. Occasionally, there may be some delays that are beyond our control. Pharmacy RX World reserves the right to refuse any cancellation within the first 20 business days. A $20.00 US cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Payment Options

Pharmacy RX World accepts cashier's checks, money orders, VISA, and Master Card. Orders paid for by check may take longer to receive and process, as Pharmacy RX World cannot ship the order until full payment has been received and the customer's check has cleared.

Counseling

Pharmacists at Pharmacy RX World will counsel all patients on the proper use, related side effects, drug interactions, storage methods and any other issues related to each prescription. Should the patient choose to decline counseling, Pharmacy RX World can not be held liable for any harm that results from the improper use of prescribed medication. All patients are strongly encouraged to speak to one of the many qualified pharmacists at Pharmacy RX World before beginning their prescribed medication for their own safety.
