Shipping Details

Shipping is free! There are no hidden costs. All listed prices include all fees associated with the overall fulfillment of your order.

All packages shipped from Canada are sent via Canada Post (Xpresspost).

New orders completed for the first time require up to 3 business days for processing.

Refill orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

Customers can expect to receive their medications within 14-21 business days (provided that there are no unforeseen delays at Customs and/or a shortage of the requested medication) after their orders have be shipped.

Return Policy

We CANNOT legally accept returns on medicine however we do have a satisfaction guarantee for our customers. The medicines we send are safe and effective.

Payment Options

Pharmacy RX World accepts cashier's checks, money orders, VISA, and Master Card. Orders paid for by check may take longer to receive and process, as Pharmacy RX World cannot ship the order until full payment has been received and the customer's check has cleared.

Prescriptions

Pharmacy RX World will only dispense orders that are submitted with valid prescription(s) from licensed physicians. You will be required to fax, mail, or email us a copy of your prescription.

Once you have faxed or emailed your prescription(s), it is necessary that you mail the hard copy in to us, or, we can contact your doctor(s) for fax authorization, to try and get your medication to you in the shortest time possible. Please take the time to make sure your doctors name and phone number are on your prescription, or add them into you patient profile. A fax from your doctor's office is considered an original prescription.

Counseling

Pharmacists at Pharmacy RX World will counsel all patients on the proper use, related side effects, drug interactions, storage methods and any other issues related to each prescription. Should the patient choose to decline counseling, Pharmacy RX World can not be held liable for any harm that results from the improper use of prescribed medication. All patients are strongly encouraged to speak to one of the many qualified pharmacists at Pharmacy RX World before beginning their prescribed medication for their own safety.
